This is to confirm that Change ACT has worked as our consultant over the past years towards the acquisition of various certifications namely, BRC, ISO 22000, Eco Cert and Flo cert.

We achieved successful qualification within a tight time frame of 9 months. We have been appreciative of the level of support and services offered to us by Change ACT.

Change ACT has helped us in the process of establishing International Sustainability & Carbon Certification (ISCC). (…) Change ACT coordinated the actions between various actors of the cane industry from the growers to the trader through the millers and advised them to achieve certification of this new standard, making our organisation and our suppliers the first entities certified in the region against ISCC. Change ACT demonstrated commitment in achieving this certification, acting more than an external service. Dans le cadre de notre stratégie d’amélioration de nos processus, de la qualité de nos services et la mise en œuvre de l’ISO 9001 pour la certification, nous avons fait appel à Change ACT pour trois missions:

• Une série d’audits internes ISO 9001 accompagnés de support pour nous préparer à la certification ISO 9001 et l’amélioration de notre système de gestion de la qualité
• Un support durant l’audit de certification
• Une formation en Lean Management et Six Sigma

Les audits internes ont été systématiques et à hautes valeurs ajoutées et nous ont permis d’améliorer notre système de qualité de manière significative. Ils nous ont permis de nous préparer à passer l’audit de certification le plus sereinement possible avec succès dès le premier coup.

La formation en Lean Six Sigma a été un véritable succès et apprécié par tous les participants et nous à apporter une approche systématique, des méthodes et des outils d’amélioration de nos processus. Ceux-ci vont nous permettre de systématiser l’amélioration de l’efficience et de l’efficacité et améliorer la qualité de nos services.

Les interventions de Change ACT ont été toujours professionnelles et efficaces. Leur implication dans notre projet était évidente et ils ont été capables de s’adapter à nos demandes spécifiques.
