Organisations have been facing deliberate attacks on a system or process, causing harm to their reputation. In this regard, food defense is becoming an integral part of food safety management systems.
The aim is to help the organisation protect itself by assuring the authenticity of food by minimizing the chance of an attack and mitigating the consequences of a successful attack. This course provides an overview of the methodology of threat identification based on threat assessment critical point and their control measures.
